What's your minimum order quantity? Initially I would like to place a sample order to test your quality.
Our MOQ is 100pcs but it's ok to order sample at any qty to test our quality first.

How do you ensure the painting quality?

How long does it take for me to get the painting?
Usually we finish the order in 1 to 4 weeks but depends on the order qty and quality requirements. We will keep you posted for any progress of your order and inform you before shipment. Usually, it takes 3-7 days to arrive in your house by EMS, DHL, etc Express courier, 7days by air freight and about one month by sea freight.
How do you deliver the oil paintings to us?
Unframed paintings will be rolled and sturdy packed with thin plastic layer between paintings, shipping via worldwide express (i.e.DHL,UPS,etc), framed paintings will be put into cartons flatly and ship by sea.
Can we do customized orders?
Yes, we accept customized orders which are appreciated by most of our clients. Please send your own collections and pictures; we will give you the special quotation via email.You can let us know your target prices as well.
Can I modify the custom painting and change some of the details?
Our artists can change the painting as your request,such as people can be eliminated or added.Clothing,hair and eye color and backgrounds can be changed.We can even combine two photos to make one painting.Please put your modification requests on the order.

Are you selling the original or reproduced art?

Normally the paintings are not stretched.But we can stretch them if you need.
Are all the frames wood based?
Yes all of our frames are wooden so far.We'll inform you in advance if we use other materials in future.

What's your production capacity?

How long does it take for a painting to dry well enough?
It takes around 4-10 days, depending on the thickness of the oil and the weather condition.

How are the shipping costs worked out with regard to packing?
The shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the paintings and the quantity of your order.

How about the packaging?
The paintings are packed in hard tubes or hard boxes so that they will be well protected.
How many pieces of oil painting (20"x24",24"x 36" and 36"x48") could be packed in 1 tube?
The tube can be custom made as per specific size. Generally a tube can involve 30 pieces of 24" x 36" paintings.

Full deposit requested if painting value is less than $3000.
50% as deposit and the rest to be paid when the paintings are ready for delivery, if painting value is US$3000 or more.

How close is the likeness to the original photo in terms of detail and color?
Since it's 100% handpainted,we can't guarantee exact likeness to the originals, but will try our best to make it close to the originals and keep the feeling of art.
Is it a good idea to check the painting through digital photo of the painting?
The camera shows slight color differences compared with the painting in reality. The same thing happens when a photo is shown on different computer screens. However, it's still the best way for you to inspect before shipment. The actual painting is always better and nicer than the photo, so please be ready to get satisfied!
Can you email photo of my finished order?
For samples or portraits, we would like to offer this service.For bulk order,we usually email you a photo of the sample for your confirmation and after confirmation we follow the sample quality standard to do the bulk order paintings.
